The technicians were wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, had all the necessary tools and cables required to do the job, I didn't have to do a thing. As a matter of fact, I put a pizza in the oven and left the room. When they were finished, Bobby (I think that was the tech's name) set everything up on the TV. I just handed him my username/password book and we went through all the apps we're subscribed to and he got us logged in. He even got the TV logged into Apple TV, which I couldn't do on my LG TV because I don't have an Apple device. Bobby was terrific and answered all of my questions. He even helped with a soundbar in another room. I'm having problems with the soundbar, but it's not an installation problem. It's a "Do I want a soundbar that's supposed to work like this" problem. I'm glad I'm a TotalTech member and if I need service again, I hope that they send someone like Bobby out to me again.

This install of my 100” tv was just too good to not review. The crew was on time, very professional, definitely knew what they were doing, had everything they needed to complete the install and got it done fast. I will definitely use them again for any future installs.

The Geek Squad did an amazing job installing my 98 inch television in my man cave. They took the time to set up the surround sound with the television and all the remotes for the different devices.
