The Geek Squad did a great job on mounting my 100” Samsung Crystal Clear Television, they offered to come back out to install my new swivel mount when it’s available))

The agents helped mount my TV. They were extremely nice, we chatted about our dogs. They even stayed until the TV was fully on and logged into everything.

I bought the wall mount for my 98 inch tv and was glad that I did. The professionals from Geek Squad measured and installed exactly where I wanted the tv. If you are buying a larger tv, this wall mount is a must have as is the installation service from Geek Squad. I didn’t need to lift a finger.

The 2 installers that showed up were great. Took them close to 4 hours to mount the new 65 inch TV and mount 3 other existing TV's. They both knew what they were doing and each of them took on different parts of the job. The person that originally came out said I would need a new mount for the 43 inch TV they moved to the patio. The installers said the existing one would work and it did. Saved me $200 for the new mount that wasn't necessary. These guys were excellent. Very professional and polite. Cleaned up as they went I can't say enough about them. Perhaps they could teach customer service to the rest of Best Buys staff. They could really use the lessons.

Professional and no hassle set-up. I did have challenges scheduling and so knocking off a star for that.

Their propriety, knowledge and intent was immediately noted. The installation was well thought out and done in no time. Our installation was about $700 and that include two in wall plugs and two mounted TV's along with soundbars and a Sonos system. This would have taken me all day to do and they were here for about 2 hours. If you have the time to do it yourself do it but if not, well worth the investment.

Service was outstanding. The guys did an excellent job and were very thorough when explaining everything.

Jesse took on the task of reconnecting televisions at my son’s group home. He worked tirelessly to help our guys learn a new set up that uses streaming & apps instead of a cable box as they had used in the past. He was kind and just the right amount of “cheerleader” to give the guys the confidence to feel they can manage for themselves now. My Mom heart is very grateful for his knowledge, patience and willingness to help.
