Same as my first review for my living room TV but installed in it my bedroom.

The guys who installed my stuff were great. Did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves.

Chion and Marcus from the Geek Squad did and excellent job mounting the two Sony OLED t.v.s in our family room and bedroom. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They took their time and did the job right. We are very pleased with Best Buy's products and the Geek Squad service

THE "GEEK SQUAD" IS PRICELESS! THEY WERE ON TIME......THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.....THEY WERE FINISHED IN "NO TIME".....THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.......I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE......THEY WERE FABULOUS!!!

THE AGENTS MOUNTED THE TV AND HELP US SET ALL THE WI FI AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE TV AND INSTALATION

These guys were totally professional... the arrived on time as requested and had my 77" LG OLED up and running in know time. They tweeked it for the best picture and linked it up to the LG Sound-Bar. They made sure we could understand and use to remote before leaving and clead up the are before leaving.

Very professional install crew. Moved the old tv to the new spot and put up the new one. Very happy

Got TotalTech when I purchased two 85" Sony TV's for my new house. Alejandro and Dylan from the Geek Squad came to the house, installed both wall mounts and mounted both TV's rather quickly and professionally. They were great, they set up the smart TV's to my wifi, connected the sound-bar and sub effortlessly. Very happy with the install team, great young men. Oh, the tv's, sound-bar and sub are great too!

The agents assembled the TV Stand and set up the TV on it as that is what I ordered at the store. The order was rung up wrong in the store. The person that assisted me in the store was very patient and kind. The agents that came to the house were very helpful and kind. There are not enough stars to rate their service.

This evening I canceled installation for a 100 inch TV (actually, they couldn’t even get that right, so technically it isn’t cancelled yet). Every single person in the chain, from the in-store person to the three additional phone calls I had to make, affirmed they were scheduling three installers to handle the TV given its size and upstairs bedroom location. Every time they showed up with 2 guys. Every time they said they’d call back. Every time they didn’t. Every time I spoke with someone else. Etc. etc. Barring luck, your experience with installation service through Best Buy will be every bit as perfunctory as you’d expect. I recommend selecting it as a last resort. Better to hire your own person and steer clear of Best Buy unless you’re buying something you can carry out yourself.

Everything about this experience was top rate! The tech arrived right on time (calling me 10 minutes out to announce himself) and I took him to the room where the tv was to be mounted. I explained where and what viewing angles I was seeking and let him do his job. The tv was mounted exactly as I had requested and the dvd/vcr components were properly connected. He took me through the settings and answered all my questions. He was professional and friendly and I felt so good about the whole experience. This is my second encounter with Geek Squad and I am totally satisfied!!!+

The guys did a fantastic job installing our new TV and relocating our 2 other TVs. They made sure everything worked right and explained everything (just wish I could remember it all). They listened to me, included me in all decisions, & followed up on all I asked to be done. They also did a very thorough job of cleaning up after themselves. The job could not have gone better.

I wish I could give them 6 stars. Two guys showed up with our new TV, all masked up and safe. The took off the older TV and showed me several connections that were not needed and removed them. They mounted the new TV, helped me get it connected to WiFi and then explained everything. Twice. Then assisted in downloading some aps, carried the old TV to a back room and left. My wife and I simply grinned from ear to ear.

The Geek Squad guys knew how to install my new TV in the existing mount and to hang it the correct height on the wall. They ran the cables correctly and then had a longer fiber cable in the truck when the new TV needed a longer run due to it's size and connection. I would not hesitate to have them back for more projects. The pair was the most impressive I have ever run into who have done any work on my house.

The Geek Squad installers were great! They were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They showed me how to operate the new TV and sound bar and were sure everything was working properly before they left. I was amazed by their knowledge of the technical aspects of the TV.

They came to my house with 3 tv and mounts ask me where I wanted the tvs to be and got to work they placed them perfectly and centered. Took them at most 35 mins to do 3 tvs. They even cleaned there mess and hauled off the trash. Absolutely amazing.
