Great job with creative solution to hide the cords

Geek Squad did a great job putting the bracket in, and mounting the television. It was an articulating t.v mount and they did an excellent job, the job was a bit time consuming but given the complexity of the job, they got it done quickly. Work area was also clean/tidy after. The two techs were friendly and informative, we would definitely have Geek Squad do tech work for us again.

This evening I canceled installation for a 100 inch TV (actually, they couldn’t even get that right, so technically it isn’t cancelled yet). Every single person in the chain, from the in-store person to the three additional phone calls I had to make, affirmed they were scheduling three installers to handle the TV given its size and upstairs bedroom location. Every time they showed up with 2 guys. Every time they said they’d call back. Every time they didn’t. Every time I spoke with someone else. Etc. etc. Barring luck, your experience with installation service through Best Buy will be every bit as perfunctory as you’d expect. I recommend selecting it as a last resort. Better to hire your own person and steer clear of Best Buy unless you’re buying something you can carry out yourself.

The Geek squad took great care of my 77" LG set, perfect installation (reinstallation) because of a move. No better reason to have the Totaltech Membership than moving and doing all the tech stuff while trying to get your house back to some semblance of order.

The Geek Squad is amazing. Jeremy and his team mounted 3 televisions for us. They spent extra time programming everything for us. They even returned a second time to finish the job. I am sold on Geek Squad and Best Buy! Thanks for excellent service.

The geek squad installed the 65 inch TV mount, using the two by fours behind the drywall. Initially, I used the TV stands that come with the TV set. That was not a good idea. The Samsung TV set is now secure and installed at the height, I wanted. It looks great, like an oil painting hugging the wall.

The crew who came out to install our system - TV, universal remote, sound bar, and DVD player were amazing! They came in, got to work, effectively and efficiently hooked everything up, set up Prime and Netflix and then showed me how to make it all work. I was also given a card with phone number I could call to get help if necessary. I can't say enough good things about this service.

The agents were on-time, professional, and knowledgeable. The installation was a bit complicated around a bricked fireplace but they took their time, explained what they had to do to accomplished it and the job was done to perfection.

Mounted my tv, all looked good. Said goodbye, and I noticed something after they left. I flagged them down as they were driving off, they can back made a minor adjustment and all was good. They stayed to make sure I was satisfied. I’m extremely satisfied.

The TV mount is fine - the AWESOME part is the GEEK SQUAD. I love your installers. Quick - thorough - had the TV's up and working in no time. They clean up after themselves so you can't tell they were here !!

The agents were very knowledgeable. They measured, mounted and adjusted the TV to maximize our viewing ability. Very customer focused and actively requested our feedback on the positioning. They did a nice job of cleaning up after the project.

The geek squad installer showed up when expected, was very professional, installed two wall mounts and two 32" smart televisions in our sons' group home, set up the TV with the wifi connections and explained how to operate the remote.

Cannot say enough good things about my install team. Professional and took all safety protocols for covid throughout the install process. Installed my giant TV, mount to wall, mesh network and hooked up all Sonos equipment to my network/TVs. Walked through everything installed and reviewed all my questions. Simply top notch - would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
