This evening I canceled installation for a 100 inch TV (actually, they couldn’t even get that right, so technically it isn’t cancelled yet). Every single person in the chain, from the in-store person to the three additional phone calls I had to make, affirmed they were scheduling three installers to handle the TV given its size and upstairs bedroom location. Every time they showed up with 2 guys. Every time they said they’d call back. Every time they didn’t. Every time I spoke with someone else. Etc. etc. Barring luck, your experience with installation service through Best Buy will be every bit as perfunctory as you’d expect. I recommend selecting it as a last resort. Better to hire your own person and steer clear of Best Buy unless you’re buying something you can carry out yourself.

Geek Squad repreesentative, Joseph Goldenberg, did an outstanding job. He showed up on time, listen to our mounting requirements, mounted TV promptly, explained how to operate it and removed old TV. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

This task would have been very difficult for me. A geek squad team came and knocked it out in minimum time. I wish the initial appointment window was more precise. But I'm very satisfied with the install and service.

I paid for the install and set up service for a new 55” smart TV. Best money spent! The installers had my old TV down and the new one up in under an hour. They had the right tools for the job, they cleaned up as they went along, and answered every question I had- even the dumb ones! Definitely better than my husband spending hours trying to get it level and make due with the tools we already have.

The Geek Squad has installed all of my TV's, mounts and sound bars. I always request Francis , he is out of this world and 100% knows his craft !

The young man who came to install both of my 65 inch flat screens was a gentleman. I was surprised to see him arrive alone to make installation, but then pleasantly surprised once I realized he can handle it.

The tec called first and arrived on time. He installed my new sound bar on my sunbrite TV. He also switched the settings to the sound bar option. I purchased the sound bar because I have a hearing deficiency. The Tec adjusted the sound to satisfy my specific hearing needs. I really love the new sound bar and the service was outstanding.

Time slot of availability was convenient. Professional, wore a mask and shoe covers. Easy to talk to as well. Very professional and provided much peace of mind. Guided us against installing in wall cable management in our finished basement due to a fire block. Would never have known if we tried DIY. Great service.

Our installers installed 2 tvs and sound bars. They were fantastic, very detailed and patient with us. Hands down the best service i have received in many years.

Great job with creative solution to hide the cords

no problems, the installer came in and installed both 55 inch tv's . on my tv stands. Another installer came in about an hour later and installed my 43 inch tv in my kitchen wall. they did a great job.

I had to help to lift the big TV because the other member of the GEEK SQUAD didn’t arrive at my home.

Both installers did a great job installing two large screen TVs in my home. They went above and beyond to tell me what they were doing and ensure that my TVs and remotes worked before they left.

Qamar and Brandon were great. They set up the TV and made sure everything was connected and patiently showed me how everything works and let me run through all the processes twice to be sure I got it. They made it easy!!

Best Buy installer was fantastic! He called me in advance, showed up at the scheduled time, was efficient but careful installing the TV and had a great attitude. Could not have asked for a better experience!
