Agents mounted my TV and devices, very professional

Was an absolute nightmare. Install window first said 11-3pm, then it got cancelled without notice to 3-5pm, and then never showed up until I get a call that they were going to come at 6pm, they didn’t show up till 9pm! Wasted my entire day, the worst part is they didn’t have one of my mounting brackets for my TV. I had to go to the store to buy a completely different one and the service tech was extremely unprofessional. He cancelled one of the install services without confirming with me and gave me an extremely hard time because he didn’t want to install one of my TV’s. Geek squad didn’t come out for this service it was a private contractor that car in an unmarked pick up truck with no branding or uniform.

The geek squad mounted my TV and conducted all my appliances. They were courteous. They were on time and very helpful. They went over and above.

Excellent team that helped set up two entertainment spaces and went above and beyond the "scheduled service" to ensure our systems were set up, working, and integrated.

Berst money I every spent was to have the Geek Squat deliver and set up the larger TV and sound bar system.

The Geek Squad was amazing. They came in our home, set up, and had our Televisions up and working in no time at all. They cleaned up and it was if they had never been here. Very pleasant and helpful and with us learning how to operate the remotes also.

The geek squad was efficient respectful of property And knowledgeable. Set up additional TV exactly as desired. It works perfectly.

Unfortunately, as the Geek Squad was installing a Roku stick , a power surge occurred and our55” TV shorted out. No replacement starter was available, but due to design change of a smaller outside frame, a 65” replacement fit in the same spot. I purchased the new TV and it was installed quickly by the Geek Squad the next day.

Professional, prompt, courteous technicians. Went to great effort to locate exactly the best position, height and angle for the TV. Left the place clean and removed all debris.

The agents installed my tv wall mount and did a great job!! They connected to my satellite receiver and made sure everything was working. They were very professional!!

The squad was fantastic while mounting my new TV. I needed them to return to adjust the wall mount (not their fault) and it was done no problem and no additional charge. Would highly recommend.

The installation techs were very efficient while moving two existing tv's and installing a new large screened.
