    Agents mounted the screen and projector, and helped set up most devices. There is an issue with the IR extension on the projector that needs to be fixed. I was told it would be taken care of within the week. It has been 4 weeks still not working correctly. The local Geek Squad apparently was not notified. Otherwise it was fine.

    Geek Squad uses an outside local company for the actual installs. My rep was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job and the price is very competitive.

    Living by myself this was very convenient as both tv’s are very heavy and I am unable to do this by myself

    They mounted the television in a timely and efficient manner. We had a difficult time with Best Buy on an item they could not complete and a refund on our BB card.
