It was clear to me that, after they left and I had an opportunity to review the pieces of the product "that just wouldn't fit"...that they probably would have fit had they not been forced and then would not have broken...and if that is the case, then just tell me...I broke it...don't lie to my face. Bad form! THAT was worse than the precarious piece snapping off! And LISTEN...you don't have ALL the answers...not a great experience with 50% of the GS team that installed my $500 TV swivel bracket.

The person that delivered my tv was a contractor and not an actual employee of Best Buy. He was very polite but was not really a master on how to get the best picture, or to hook my my AT&T remote to the tv that I purchased. He said that I needed to contact AT&T. Now at the bottom of this I only have recommend or not. I want to answer maybe but that is not a choice
