If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought a $3,000 TV and a $250 wall mount. Scheduled installation (had to wait 3 weeks). Got the confirmation text, e-mail, and a phone call confirming the installation appointment day and a 4 hour delivery window. On the day of arrival, no phone call. 4 hours after they were supposed to arrive I called customer service and they stated the tech was held up on an installation and he would call me in minutes. 2 hours later I called customer service again. This time they stated the tech called off that day. Which is it? Late tech or no tech? Regardless, unacceptable! I returned the entire order the next morning. One simple phone call would have prevented the whole issue.

I was a bit disappointed in the lead GS guy. It was clear to me that, after they left and I had an opportunity to review the pieces of the product "that just wouldn't fit"...that they probably would have fit had they not been forced and then would not have broken...and if that is the case, then just tell me...I broke it...don't lie to my face. Bad form! THAT was worse than the precarious piece snapping off! And LISTEN...you don't have ALL the answers...not a great experience with 50% of the GS team that installed my $500 TV swivel bracket.

They are the best! We had two tvs and soundbars installed with all the bells and whistles!! Perfect in every way!

I had the worst experience of my life ! I was so disappointed by my experience. I bought the tv in November and was told I would have to wait a week for the installation. A week came and went by and it turned out that my installation was cancelled without any notification of the cancellation! I called and they supposedly re scheduled and put it another week back . So, the next week came and went by again. When they didn’t show up I called again and come to find out they never rescheduled my appointment! Finally after the weeks and several calls to management my tv was installed! I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service and extremely dissatisfied with the end result! I had to take time off of work just for the service to be cancelled without notice! I would not have been upset if there was communication! No email or call was provided! Thanks, Najee

Moving a Best Buy TV bought in April to a different wall in same room and re- connecting to installed comcast wires was very expensive $282.46 even with Total Tech plan discount of $66. While having the geek annual service package at cost of $299.99. Work was satisfactory, though cords left out by comcast & geek squad are unsightly.
