    Tech did a wonderful job. Tied up the wires with zip ties and cleaned up the area. Very professional will use again when needed

    Soundbar was not installed correctly the first time out but guys came back and did a fantastic job the second time around.

    It took longer than expected. Helper did not know much about his work. Some cables were installed wrong.

  • Installers Misled space of TV to make it easier

    The installers mislead my wife, who was home at the time. They said they would use a high end HDMI to install the sound bar. They used a cheap one. They said they would add at least one extra HDMI so we could play video games. They did not. They tried to tell my wife they needed to install the TV as close to the furniture as possible because it was inches away from he celiing. I got them to install it 3 inches from the furniture and it is about 18 inches form the ceiling. Based on what they said during the installation, they tried to mislead about the height of the TV because installing it higher takes more effort on their part. They were asked to put booties on their shoes (we have a new carpet) and they gave my wife attitude when they were asked to do this.
