    Professional crew of three arrived at my home as advertised. Completed install and cleaned up after themselves. performed updates to my set and provided a tutorial for the product. Entire crew was very friendly and made quick work of installing 98" TV. Service was provided as a free promotion but well worth it, I would do it all over again!!

    V Installation Service The installation service for my TV was fast and professional. The team arrived on time, installed the TV with precision and made sure everything worked perfectly. They also took the time to explain the features and settings. A great service that made installing the TV effortless!

    Very sleek, close to wall. Tilts appropriately. Brian (?Bryan) mounted it very neatly. The future soundbar and tv cable box will Mount behind the screen and plug in there. They will not be visible in a negative way at all. The power cord is white and hardly visible against the white wall. There was no debris remaining after Brian completed the job. Nice installation.

    It was better the 2nd attempt when it was actually done by the Geek squad. The 3rd party was pretty bad . You must get the Geek squad to do it

    Great, flexible wall mount

    This wall mount is great because it lets you move or adjust the TV depending on how many people are watching and where seated. I like the flexibility and that I can get behind the TV, if needed, versus when it was flush against the wall.

    Perfect Mount for Condo with Cement Walls

    The was the perfect mount for our condo living room. Six screws vs two screws of the old mount and great peace of mind for me for our new TV. The service tech's did a great job!

    Geek Squad did a great job with the installation of our 85” TV in our new home. Very professional and friendly. They were able to hide the wires so it looks great! I’d highly recommend.

    Michael and Jacob did an excellent job installing our new TV. They connected and interfaced all our systems. Explained how everything worked. They cleaned up all the packing materials and took the old TV when they left.

    Ronnie and Sunshine were awesome! They set everything up perfectly and showed us how everything worked. They even had suggestions as to how to improve our wireless network. Very personable and professional!

    Nice 4k with the Quantum Dot Nano technology improvement. Great resolution without having to get into the 8k price range. Best Buy installation service was also excellent.

    WHAT A FIASCO

    Where do I start? Lack of communication, lying, and disregard for customer service. Large tv installation was agreed upon with date and time frame of 7am to 7pm on November 22; were told further communication was to occur to provide a more specific time window- never happened. Day of install, we were out of town so had a friend stay at house to accommodate installers- installers never came so friend stayed at our house for 12+ hours, during which time we reached out to Best Buy 6 times to determine what was going on. We were told, "running late at another install", "cannot get ahold of installers" and finally at 6:30pm " they will not be arriving today, rather tomorrow morning and to log into your Best Buy account to receive an updated installation time." Later that evening we logged in as instructed, with a time exhibiting 10 days out- December 2, instead of next day! Called again, to be told by the customer service representative that the reason our tv was not installed on November 22, was that the installers left it at the warehouse and there was no availability to install prior to December 2. Our request to have the date moved up fell upon deaf ears. The tv was an important part of our family holidays and imperative to be installed prior to November 28 (Thanksgiving). I was told, my only option was to cancel the install, pick up, and install myself; which I did. A 98" tv requires a special vehicle which I rented, I was further told, I had a limited time frame to pick up since it was such a large item. Then I had to find a knowledgeable vendor to install which is no easy task under the circumstances. The tv was installed on time, however not after significant time and resources were incurred to meet Best Buy failures. Admittedly, the Best Buy employees at my local store were very accommodating when I picked up the tv. However, prepare yourself for minimal effort to resolve issues, lack of communication, and what I call quality depredation - customers must expect a new normal of substandard service and Best Buy is no exception.
