    Horrible Customer Service! I disconnected everything, moved the furniture around to give the installers some room to install the tv. No one showed up nor informed me of the cancellation, I had to check online after it was close to 7pm with no word but that they were heading over at around 5pm. Online it showed that I needed to setup an appointment. It got cancelled apparently there was an unexpected emergency, which I understand can happen. But to tell me I have to go to the back of the line and wait a week til someone can come out. I have a huge tv in the middle of the living room, everything disconnected, furniture spread out everywhere. To not have them accommodate me the next day or at least wait one to two days. To tell me I understand your frustration and I understand its inconvenient but go to the back of the line! Horrible customer service.

    Installation of Tv?

    I thought totaltech covered cost of installation of my tv when I moved but I was charged 185$ and Renewal time is here and they want 389$ Taking a close look at this very expensive and where is the value?I will speak to management and compare price to benefits and make decision

    Why do you keep cancelling my appointmet!!

    This is the second time they have cancelled my appointment to mount my 100 inch tv. This is ridiculous and they never have a answer. Im going to use someone different cause this is the second time in a row they did this. Im extremly disappointed and i shouldnt pay for a service and get it cancelled with no notice. Twice. Now my tv is sitting on the floor still after a month. Do not recomend.

    TV was supposed to arrive between 1 and 4. it is 7:41 pm and it still not has arrived. Support staff is all in india so when you call in you get no support. i would never purchase a product or install service from best buy ever again

    Not as advertise - charge for two/ only do one.

    I paid for mount/setup for two large flat panel TV and the technicians only setup one TV. Was told they will adjust the invoice to reflect only one TV mount/setup. After more than two weeks, there is no adjustment.

    The agents set up my TV before we had Internet. Very Bad and no I would not recommend Best Buy for set up for a TV.
