When we bought our new tv I purchased the 12 mth geek squad pkg which was great. They installed everything and hauled away our old big screen tv which was huge. A dinosaur with the big base and full back. Weighed a ton and everyone knows the trash men don’t take those anymore. So this was perfect.

I love how I didn't have to worry about taking my old tv to a waste center or having to drag it to the curb for a scheduled big bulk pickup they took my old big ugly t.v off my hands.

The delivery people were efficient, courteous, careful, and went above and beyond!!!! Made the whole experience a positive one!!!

We had a wonderful young man named Cody who put together our TV stand and then installed our 65 inch TV.......He was incredible. Not only got everything set up and ready for us but filled these two senior citizens in on the "how to's" with great patience. To say we couldn't have done it without him....is an understatement!!!

Upgraded from c8 to the g3. It made so much difference that I feel like I’m right there with the people. Fantastic clarity. LG never fails to impress me with the new innovations with there OLED tvs. From tvs to appliances and even Pv panels are all LG at my home. Fantastic products. Installation was a breeze . The 2 techs were very professional and worked with me throughout the installation process.

Excellent Service! When the team arrived, they were very courteous and timely with the exchange of my TV! Was slightly concerned from other reviews as to whether I would get my TV on time, but Best Buy came through! Kudos!

Had an old stove hauled off. Guys were great hauled off the old one and installed the new one flawlessly. Not having to deal with the old one was awesome!

Not only was the quality of work outstanding, but they also left the area spotless, taking care to clean up after the job was done. Their friendly demeanor and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Well worth the 20 bucks to eliminate the hassle of doing this ourselves. Yes, in our town we could drop this off at recycle for free, but then I would have to carry a 60" TV down 30 snowy steps and stuff it in my car. No easy task with 2 fake knees, 2 fake hips, a fake back, and ileostomy.

Professional removal of our extremely large and heavy older TV. They made a very difficult job look easy.

The installers were fantastic, in and out in a timely manor. their explanations were understandable and they cared about what they were doing.

They hauled off my really old 70” projection screen TV. What a great help to me having that option.

Helpful that they take the old one away. And it’s included in Total Tech membership which is a real plus.

The Geek squad hauled away my old 55” tv and DVD player. I am in need of a hip replacement and walking is hard enough without having to figure out how to get a large tv into my car and haul it over to Best Buy. Having two strong young men haul it away for me was such a great help.

2 guys had little trouble taking it down the stairs and around a stairway corner. Would have been difficult for myself and wife, then would have to either take it the next recycling day cleanup or schedule a e waste trash pickup. For the nominal charge, was well worth it

Worth every penny to have my projection TV taken away. Movers were polite and on time.
