Came on time and haul away my heavy old 36 inch tv without any problems.It was quick and No mess .Friendly and thorough .Very impressed Old tv gone in a blink of an eye.Happy Happy

The haul away service cost $25, but the convenience was definitely worth the money. The gentlemen picked up the tv that was no longer functioning and disappeared with it in a matter of minutes. No fuss.

TV had good color and was easy to use. Geek squad was very professional when installing and removing TV this replaced.

Joe and the Geek Squad Team are phenomenal. They installed a new LG G3 OLED display, re-installed the Sonos ARC, and integrated the AppleTV; all on an articulating mount above our mantle. Looks absolutely amazing; all the cables are hidden and all the functions streamlined. The team even configured the sound, the picture and demoed how to work with the new system.

I had no idea what to do with our big old clunky projection TV. Best Buy's Haul Away Service relieved me of the burden of trying to give away or sell the the old TV.

They were very efficient and professional. They explained what they were doing while doing it and made sure it was perfectly hung. Taking the TV also helped.

Old 150lb Tube TV went out the door with no issue and in time.

They arrived a bit early and took out 2 TV'S within minutes. The TV haul away service is another one of the reasons I went to Best Buy to look for a TV in the first place. It's a great service for someone like me who had old, heavy TVs that needed removed.

I purchased a 77 inch television and couldn’t install it myself. Best Buy came out, delivered and installed the new tv as well as set it up for me. They also hauled away the old one so I didn’t have to hassle with disposable.

It was areal relief to get bestbuy to haul my 55 inch rca class projector screen.. It was fun getting up the stairs 5 years ago but a beast now that i'm older and muscles strength is not there...
