Very nice since I did not have to go anywhere and dispose of it mnyself

Fabulous. Don't know how 2 guys lifted the thing (325 LBS), but the were in & out in 5 minutes. No fuss no muss.

The "haul away" we paid for did not happen. We are due a refund.

I had a TV delivered and the delivery team picked up a 65" that I needed gone. Definitely convenient!

The in-home service was great because the installers had a wall mount (in their truck) that would work in my rental home. The original wall mount could not be used due to insufficient support beams above the fireplace mantle. I was refunded the original cost and charged less for the new unit. The whole service could have gone bad for my new 75" TV installation, but the attentive installers were ready just in case something went wrong. Great backup plan. THANK YOU.

Took the old broken tv away for us and was a big help.

We had a 2004 Mitsubishi TV that was large, heavy and hard to move around. They hauled it away when they replaced that TV with a new 70" LG TV from Best Buy...a good deal all around

The Geek Squad associates were polite, efficient and very helpful. The visit was a quick drop off of our new LG 65" TV and pickup of our old large tube RCA TV which was extremely heavy.

They took the tv away as they said they would and provided great service by disposing of it for us instead of us having to take it by a thrift store.

The greek squad hauled away all of the packages material. They did a good job. I would recommend them.

I had a 20 year old Samsung DLP nicknamed the "Captain Kirk" The in-home service guys showed up and I never saw it again.

Had a great team of 2. They were very professional and very friendly. They explained any questions that I had (very few). Great job and worth the money and they cleaned up everything.

Because I subscribe to Best Buy’s Total Tech Support, the Best Buy delivery guys hauled away my old tv stand at no charge. The old tv stand was very heavy and bulky. I would have struggled to remove it from my house. I kept the old tv to give it away to a friend. Delivery and installation of my new Sony 65” OLED TV and Insignia TV Stand ran smoothly. The delivery guys were courteous and respectful. They hooked everything up to my satisfaction and provided a brief lesson on how to operate the remote controls. I highly recommend this service.
