It was so nice to know that my old TV was going to be hauled away. I would have had to pay somebody to come and take it out of the living room put it in the truck and then take it to recycle which probably would have been more expensive even, than the haulaway

The installers were very professional when I installing our new tv. The only problem is when I called and texted to ask a question, no one returned my call

Well they ended up not hauling away my T.V. but if this service is anything like their mounting service, it is outstanding Best Buy stands by their products and services. I have not once experienced opposite of that statement!

Not only was the quality of work outstanding, but they also left the area spotless, taking care to clean up after the job was done. Their friendly demeanor and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The Techs called prior to arrival to confirm they would arrive within 30 minutes and were right on time. Even though it was a 42" big/heavy tube type TV, they had my old TV out in no time.

If you buy any large or heavy items, like big-screen TVs or washers/dryers, the delivery & haul-away charges are paid for by your Total Tech “membership” fee, and is usually worth the extra cost, since it includes installation and doesn’t require you to have access to a moving van. If you make additional purchases of large appliances, etc. before your membership expires, you can still get these services without having to pay another fee. It’s somewhat confusing to figure out how much you’re spending, and how much you’re actually saving; at least, until your Total Tech membership expires. But, the more you purchase from Best buy while remaining a TT member, the more you will save (at least, until you have to renew your membership again!).

Well, my Samsung 75" Q90T TV is doing great in my BRIGHT living room (no OLED for me) as it has twice the NIT brightness as OLED. We had a PLASMA in the living room and it struggles with the sun. The issue was removing the Sony WEGA 32" CRT that is 198 pounds of TV set! To the rescue came the Haul Away service. They quickly removed the OLD WEGA TV set from the basement (where the PLASMA will go!) and freed up the spot for the Q90T upstairs where the plasma TV was. The Best Buy haul away service is nice as I know the TV is recycled as best it can be. Doing the part to keep the world a less cluttered place is worth the reasonable service price to me. It should be for you, too, and the price encourages you to consider the offer.

They hauled the old one away. There was no problem with the haul-away. I do have a problem with the fact they didn't disconnect my old sound system which could not be connected.

When the delivery folks delivered our new TV we included a haul away of the old with the package. That worked just fine but they almost walked away without it. I mentioned it as they were wrapping up and the guy grabbed it. No harm no foul and they did great work otherwise.

Best picture we have ever seen. We love this TV. We also purchased the home installation package, and we're glad we did. They did a wonderful job for us.

These guys were great-removed the tv and hauled it away before I knew they were even starting-I was so glsd I had them do that-I could not handle that at my age. Can't put a price on their knowledge . They are the best in best-buy !

The installers were fantastic, in and out in a timely manor. their explanations were understandable and they cared about what they were doing.

Old TV haul away was definitely worth the cost for us!

Great to have Best buy do the setup of my new TV and haul away of the old one. Great to have them recycle the old TV and to take care of it for me. Great convenience.

The haul away service cost $25, but the convenience was definitely worth the money. The gentlemen picked up the tv that was no longer functioning and disappeared with it in a matter of minutes. No fuss.

This was a very old and very heavy Zenith TV. The 2 Movers were polite and strong. They removed the TV from the lower level to the upper quickly without any damage.

Came on time and haul away my heavy old 36 inch tv without any problems.It was quick and No mess .Friendly and thorough .Very impressed Old tv gone in a blink of an eye.Happy Happy
