Haul away of old unit was fairly priced. Wish that it was offered as free when original unit is purchased at Best Buy.

I had no idea what to do with our big old clunky projection TV. Best Buy's Haul Away Service relieved me of the burden of trying to give away or sell the the old TV.

They were very efficient and professional. They explained what they were doing while doing it and made sure it was perfectly hung. Taking the TV also helped.

Joe and the Geek Squad Team are phenomenal. They installed a new LG G3 OLED display, re-installed the Sonos ARC, and integrated the AppleTV; all on an articulating mount above our mantle. Looks absolutely amazing; all the cables are hidden and all the functions streamlined. The team even configured the sound, the picture and demoed how to work with the new system.

We already had the television brought upstairs so they didn't have to do much work other than pick it up and take it out. Very polite and on time. Appreciated the heads up about when they were coming.

Instillation went fine. They were using existing bracket. When it came to installing apps and making sure features were working properly technicians seemed to be rushed. All in all still better than DIY.

Even though the old TV set was in our basement, the agent took it upon himself to carry it up the stairs and haul it away. I had offered to help, but he insisted that he take care of it himself.

It was areal relief to get bestbuy to haul my 55 inch rca class projector screen.. It was fun getting up the stairs 5 years ago but a beast now that i'm older and muscles strength is not there...

Old 150lb Tube TV went out the door with no issue and in time.

We had a 2004 Mitsubishi TV that was large, heavy and hard to move around. They hauled it away when they replaced that TV with a new 70" LG TV from Best Buy...a good deal all around
