Great picture, sound is good & the price was the nest.

The Geek Squad associates were polite, efficient and very helpful. The visit was a quick drop off of our new LG 65" TV and pickup of our old large tube RCA TV which was extremely heavy.

Fabulous. Don't know how 2 guys lifted the thing (325 LBS), but the were in & out in 5 minutes. No fuss no muss.

The in-home service was great because the installers had a wall mount (in their truck) that would work in my rental home. The original wall mount could not be used due to insufficient support beams above the fireplace mantle. I was refunded the original cost and charged less for the new unit. The whole service could have gone bad for my new 75" TV installation, but the attentive installers were ready just in case something went wrong. Great backup plan. THANK YOU.

I had a TV delivered and the delivery team picked up a 65" that I needed gone. Definitely convenient!

They took the tv away as they said they would and provided great service by disposing of it for us instead of us having to take it by a thrift store.

I purchased a 77 inch television and couldn’t install it myself. Best Buy came out, delivered and installed the new tv as well as set it up for me. They also hauled away the old one so I didn’t have to hassle with disposable.

I had a 20 year old Samsung DLP nicknamed the "Captain Kirk" The in-home service guys showed up and I never saw it again.

This haul away service was very helpful to us. We no longer have a large car or truck, so having the old TV hauled away was great.

Because I subscribe to Best Buy’s Total Tech Support, the Best Buy delivery guys hauled away my old tv stand at no charge. The old tv stand was very heavy and bulky. I would have struggled to remove it from my house. I kept the old tv to give it away to a friend. Delivery and installation of my new Sony 65” OLED TV and Insignia TV Stand ran smoothly. The delivery guys were courteous and respectful. They hooked everything up to my satisfaction and provided a brief lesson on how to operate the remote controls. I highly recommend this service.

Makes life easier when they can take the stuff away. Especially old appliances.
