Get rid of the Beastly TV

Removed and took away our old 65" TV

Worst Experience Ever

I paid $119.99 for basic installation. What I got was a trail of mucky footprints to clean up, a scratch on my wood floor and the tv plugged in. I then spent the afternoon cleaning up after the installer and figuring out how to pair my cable remote with the new tv. I called Best Buy immediately following the installer’s departure to voice my displeasure, was assured a credit for the installation cost was forthcoming on 2 separate calls (12/18 and 12/24) and today (1/7) informed that the refund was not issued and would not be! I was lied to repeatedly. Totally unacceptable.
