We recently purchased a 4K Sony TV. Most of the local places wanted a lot extra to haul away the old set. Our old flat panel had died. It was a 60 inch monster with a thicker display. According to the specs it weighted in at 68 pounds. Not only did the Geek Squad removed the old panel they put up our new TV mount and Sony in record time. It took them only 20 minutes! I would highly recommend their service to anyone that buys a TV from Best Buy!

Haul Away went Great...Deliver new one and took old one...Great easy Feature...

We had several steps to the delivery, set up, and haulaway of our tv purchase. The Geek squad crew did a great job taking time to understand the details and complete the job. They were able to haul away one tv that day and set up a bigger truck for haul away within the week. Matt and Shaun were awesome.

I purchased a new Sony 75 inch due to my 17 year old 62" Toshiba DLP going bad. Before I had purchased my new Sony, I had tried to find somewhere to dispose of the Toshiba. I couldn't find anywhere. For $19 they took it with them which was much easier than trying to find somewhere that would take it and having to haul it away myself. Thanks Gunbarrel Rd Best Buy for continuous good service.

I dreaded the thought of having to trash the 75 inch TV that had developed a large number of bright spots (like having flashlights shining at you from the screen. However, when I bought my new TV from Best Buy, they only charged $19.99 to haul away the old one. The geek Squad crew were excellent and it was a great feeling to see the old pile of junk go out the door. Well worth it!
