They hauled away our old 36” tube tv when we purchased a new 85” Samsung. The installers were unable to take it that day but after a few calls they sent someone out to take it from the curb to recycle a few days later.

solved the problem of what to do with the old broken heavy TV.

Paid $119.99 for set-up and two guys just deliver the tv and say they don’t set up tvs and aren’t associated with Best Buy or Geek Squad. They took pictures of the tv box and the pedestal and emailed them to Best Buy, then BB calls me to tell me the delivery guys won’t set it up. The pedestal was one piece with 4 screw holes. Simple to attach. A friend and I had to set up this 65” LG OLED. Two seniors, a 67 and 71 year old, set up what two young lazy delivery guys were paid to do in 20 minutes. I complained and finally got my set up fee back. Horrible service from Best Buy.

Had them haul away my sharp Aquos 60 inch TV. After just three years it had becme pixelated all the way across the screen. A big huge pink blob. No help available, only option was to buy new. Professional attitude, displayed throughout. Quickly pulled it off the mounting bracket and wrapped it up and exited. Seeing it leave put a smile on my face, pixelated pile of garbage be gone.

I had a 12 year 55-inch Samsung smart TV that had bad speakers. BB haul off the TV after delivering a new 65 inch. It was no hassle and hopefully the components will be recycled.

I love that best buy hauled away my giant tv!! It was a jumbo huge tv that weighed easily 500 pounds. Such an eye sore but such a hassle to get rid of. Boy did this service make it easy. Not only did we get a real good deal on a tv for the basement but for 15 bucks, they removed the big clunker and recycled it and everything! This saved us so much energy and money. Thank you best buy!!!
