Your Home Theater Agent Shawn Howard did an excellent job with by new Samsung 75" 84A TV set up and old TV removal. The eero wi-fi system was set up well and is making a great improvement. He took the time to make sure everything was as I wished. Thanks.

We bought a new tv to replace the two unbelievably-heavy CRT Sony nearly-two-decade-old TV sets - and even the thought of trying to schlep them up and down stairs and then into a vehicle hurt. The service team brought in my new TV (I unboxed and set it up) and removed the two old TVs.

When I purchased a new tv, I also paid to have the old one taken away. I could never have been able to get the old set downstairs even with help. The guys from Best Buy handled it with ease. It was a relief to get this done at a fair price, with two very pleasant and professional young men.

Carlos with the Geek Squad was the hero. He came to the rescue. While I was promised no additional charges, I have recently seen a charge with no explanation.

They were very fast and very nice. You do need to purchase the mounting bracket separately, but we already one. If you have the money for it, I recommend them to install your TV.

Wasn’t hooked up with cable correctly. The whole process took 2 steps, still I have to get help from Comcast. I gave the salesmen the dimensions for the tv I wanted but they assured me it would fit in my space but it doesn’t. I was also told there was only one tv set they carried that would fit the space and it was ridiculously expensive but I bought it and wish I had never gone into Best Buy.

what a great service from total tech!!. the geek squad tech was helpful, efficient and very knowledgeable. couldn't have set up my new stuff without the help and with totaltech it was very affordable

If I could give a rating of the worst installation experience, I would. I paid $119.99 for basic installation. What I got was a trail of mucky footprints to clean up, a scratch on my wood floor and the tv plugged in. I then spent the afternoon cleaning up after the installer and figuring out how to pair my cable remote with the new tv. I called Best Buy immediately following the installer’s departure to voice my displeasure, was assured a credit for the installation cost was forthcoming on 2 separate calls (12/18 and 12/24) and today (1/7) informed that the refund was not issued and would not be! I was lied to repeatedly. Totally unacceptable.

Removed 70" Vizio after replacing with new 70" Lg. I do not have the means by which I can get rid of it so to me this is an excellent service that Best Buy provides, should be free with continued dedicated customer loyalty, something to consider. Thanks, Best Buy.

I had an old 72in Sony TV. The hauler didnt realize it was a heavy rear projection TV, but said I answerd the question asked which was what is the screen size. I helped him with the removal since TV was so heavy. He was very professional.

The gentlemen taking away my two large screen tube TV's were outstanding. Both were very friendly and worked their tails off in the heat moving my TV's.

Everything went great...once we got on the same page. Originally, BB sent a 3rd party to deliver and set up my new TV and haul away the old one. Unfortunately, the 3rd party was not give adequate information about the haul away, and they were not equipped to take a set as large as mine. So, a TV sat on my front porch for over a week.

What a relief to have the TV in our basement moved to make way for the new Sony! I can't recall the names of the two gentleman who took it away but they did it without scratching the house and they did it with a smile which could not have been easy! This is a great add on service!
