I had an old 72in Sony TV. The hauler didnt realize it was a heavy rear projection TV, but said I answerd the question asked which was what is the screen size. I helped him with the removal since TV was so heavy. He was very professional.

I ended up keeping my old TV so no haul away was required. However the Geek Squad did ask if I was sure they couldn’t take it. So I appreciate their asking!

What a relief to have the TV in our basement moved to make way for the new Sony! I can't recall the names of the two gentleman who took it away but they did it without scratching the house and they did it with a smile which could not have been easy! This is a great add on service!

Everything went great...once we got on the same page. Originally, BB sent a 3rd party to deliver and set up my new TV and haul away the old one. Unfortunately, the 3rd party was not give adequate information about the haul away, and they were not equipped to take a set as large as mine. So, a TV sat on my front porch for over a week.

Best 40 bucks I have spent in a long time! Two strong delivery guys just picked up my 70" rear projection TV and threw it in the back of their truck. Hazardous waste gone with no hassle

My Old TV got struck by lightning and Best Buy handled all my needs... They recycled the TV and hooked me up with another. Thats why I'm a repeat customer.

Everything I wanted to be done was done nice and fast

the washer works very good! it has various washing options even an option for self clean. It does good with pet accessories as well. the inside of the washer is a nice size. It cleans my big comforter well.

Not much to say about this, except that this service was well needed by me. I could not haul away my old TV, as it was too ungainly for me to move, and could not fit the old TV in my vehicle anyway. This service saved me grief, and saved my back at the very least!

Agents were great and took my 65" Samsung cleanly and quickly.I wish this service had been available for the 55" I bought to replace my Sharp Aquos. I owned the Sharp for many years but unfortunately it had shorted out in lightening strike.

The workers are very efficient and came on time. We have been informed their arrival from time to time. We are very happy about their service.

It was great to have the consultant come in and make recommendations for what would work best in our living room. The consultant also made sure we had all the wires or other supplies we would need.
