The two Geek Squad experts moved our old Samsung LED TV to the family rec room in the basement and then hauled the Toshiba gas plasma TV away. We could not have managed the moves without their courteous help.

They delivered the new one took the old one and left the box for the old when I called them to pick up, they said we are too far and can’t come back. When someone called to ask how thongs were I explained what happened he said am sorry they’re very busy. I paid for the pock up it wasn’t free

This is honestly why I choose to buy my new 65" television from Best Buy. I had a 65" TV that was broken during a recent move and I had to buy a new one. I looked everywhere and noticed that Best Buy had the haul away service and I was sold. Fantastic benefit!

The two members that came to install the TV were very professional. Took extra care with product, explained the work process and gave a demonstration of hand control device.

When I purchased a new 70" flat screen TV, with installation, I needed to get rid of an older 32" tube model TV and they graciously hauled it away for me. Highly recommend.

Excellence service. I love my TV and the employees of best buy were amazing.

Even tho old tv worked, no one wanted it. We had no place to put it even if we wanted to keep it. For a small fee, we didn't have to deal with it. The young men that delivered our new one, quickly removed our old one.

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my new TV on my existing stand mount. They walked me through the new TV settings (including calibration). They hauled away my new TV. Ensured my new TV works in sync with my home theater system.

We had Best Buy take our old TV (49 inch LG, 12 years old) off the wall and haul it away. Due to the deal we got on our purchase of our new TV and sound bar, it cost us nothing to have Best Buy take away the old TV.

I was very happy to know about this service. I didn't have to worry about finding someone to remove my tv and then worry about getting rid of it myself. It was well worth the small fee for them to handle it for me

Decided to get this service when I bought a new TV from Best Buy. Our old TV was a 75 inch Mitsubishi that literally conked out after 5 years. The guys quickly hauled off the old TV and set up the new one within 15 minutes.
