    When we bought our new 65" TV, the Best Buy crew hauled the old TV upstairs to a bedroom and hooked it up without a hitch. Very professional

    I purchased the haul away 3 hours before they delivered my tv, showed the delivery person my receipt and they hauled my old tv away.

    In the 16 days between the order and scheduled delivery date a tech could not be scheduled to handle the setup of the TV. A new date of 10/04 was given so we canceled and handled ourselves. Best Buy has been our go to for 20+ yrs but next time we will shop around for better customer service.

    So glad I went back and purchased the TV recycling option when I bought my new UHD TV. Well worth it - so much easier than trying to sell/give it away or recycle it myself.
