    I was worried what I would do with my old big tv when I got my new one. Problem solved. They took it off my hands. I was so thankful. Now all I have to do is enjoy the new one! Thanks Best Buy!

    Bought 75 inch TV to replace old TVs. Best Buy Geek Squad did the installation and set up and hauled away the old TV.

    We had an old school 73 inch projection TV - extremely heavy! - that needed to be removed. The BB Team (2 guys) saved us some serious medical bills! They were very polite, courteous, and professional.

    The crew removed 65 inch Mitsubishi CRT TV that was elite in 2006. Ha! I enjoyed it and still lives somewhere in BestBuy warehouse. will work for another 10 years

    Our old Sony Grand Vega tv lasted for over 15 yes. We were wondering how to dispose it off. With purchase of a new TV from Bestbuy, they hauled it away for $25.

    Took out my old projection TV from a Downstairs family room. Two polite guys with the proper equipment to safely move it out. Great value, and off to recycling it goes.

    Young man was very knowledgeable . He worked quickly and was very neat. Covered my carpeting and wore booties to keep my floors clean. He answered all my questions.
