    Had some issues when I came to the removal and the set up of my new 65 inch Best Buy TV how to reach out to them three different times was not highly impressed with the service not for $99 a second $199 what I paid waste of money people

    Over the years i have purchased lots of large items from several different companies. the haul off has all ways been free. I was not informed that the haul off was not free in fact there were several things that were stated in regards to the delivery and price that were not true or misleading. I could have set the old TV on the curb for the trash collection service to haul it off at now cost. There were several other items that were different than what I was told about. Part of my problem was the Factory rep that basically mislead me on almost every questions I asked. I came in to buy a totally different brand of TV but was directed away from that brand to the one that I ended up buying.

    Too much hassle, too much time

    I contracted for this removal on October 28. Best Buy scheduled it but when they arrived the 2 men said it would take 4 to move it. Best Buy scheduled with outside movers and on the day they were supposed to come they announced they didn't have 4 people and canceled. Best Buy rescheduled for November 30 and 3 movers came; 2 of them moved the TV out. Two hours later another crew knocked on the door and said they were here to move the TV -- too late!

    Service still has not been completed. It should not say it is completed. The squad did not bring the correct tool to take down the old TV and haul away.

    Overpriced for service provided. In-home service couldn't wait to get out of here. Service person had terrible body odor.

    The guys who took away my old TV were very rude & ignorant. I'm a paraplegic and Best Buy told me they would take my old TV stand as well but when I mentioned it they just looked at me like I was crazy and walked out the door. Now months later I can't even move around in my living room because they left the stand in the middle of the room and being in a wheelchair I can't get around it or move it. On the other hand the guys who did the install couldn't have been nicer.

    Delivery new TV set up but was told not enough room to haul away old tv on truck still waiting for someone to pick up old tv

    Purchased on 4/28, now 5/24, Best Buy still has not delivered. Multiple cancellations and 3 no call/no shows after confirming that morning and wasting vacation days.

    Quoted one price then was cancelled, was not notified of cancellation until I called to find out what time to expect pick up, price quoted was $89.99 then told I was quoted wrong price, charged $199.99 to haul away tvs. Very disappointed in miscommunications.

    When I purchased this item I was under the impression that everything would be accomplished at the time of the installation. Boy was I mistaken, first the installer (3rd party) said he couldn’t do it, after several calls to Best Buy I finally spoke with a manager Moises and he said it would be taken care of. The 3rd party manager did pick it up the same day but it was 10:30pm. Not the best service. Best Buy needs to check on their installers.

    Had to order my TV due to not in stock. Free delivery, which was good. However, they also advertised free haul away, so i added that to my order. Well, no haul away as USPS did the delivery and cannot haul away a TV. After 40 minutes on hold, spoke with Geek Squad. They said there is no FREE haul away and since i did not pay, nothing they could do. When asked how to proceed, no help. I would not recommend BEST BUY when the support is like this.

    The crew picking the tv up was great nice and friendly they just showed up picked it up and left nothing special i had it ready for them. I rated it a 1 star cause when you buy a $1,600 tv you really shouldnt have to pay for this you used to be able to juat drop them at the store for free

    They did not take my TV because they said they didn't have tools to take it off the wall. I was not told this when I paid for the service. The company did return my money for this service but I had to get help to take my old TV down and haul away.

    No complete, absolutely dishonest to show complete. UR team of 1 could not handle new TV without my help, much less do haul away. On hold on phone to followup & BB intentionally disconnected me. Haul away complete is dishonest & TotalCare name are both dishonest!! Give me a call & I will step you through it.

    GeekSquad showed up to install my New 85” TV but would not remove my 65” rear projection TV (supposedly too big, even though I told them what they would be removing in advance). Don’t accept “No” for an answer. Go in to store, talk to manager and they will send out a different appliance crew to remove the old TV.

    Tech did nothing except take TV out of Box- no special set up- not worth the cost of delivery or set up.

    TV was delivered as scheduled. The delivery man couldn't speak English that I understood. He was a large man. He picked up my old 60" TV by his self and walked out to the truck, which was 75 or 80ft. a way. He then picked up my new TV, in the box, over his head and walked back in my house and set it down. He never adhered to Covid 19 safety advice!!

    Unfortunately store and installers told numerous times old tv very heavy and several people would be needed to move but still showed up on date with couple techs who said we can’t move this, we need more help.
