    Bad scheduling and customer service

    In the 16 days between the order and scheduled delivery date a tech could not be scheduled to handle the setup of the TV. A new date of 10/04 was given so we canceled and handled ourselves. Best Buy has been our go to for 20+ yrs but next time we will shop around for better customer service.

    The setup of my new TV, and haul away of my old TV, were outsourced and not performed by Geek Squad. The outsource job was substandard. Geek Squad called in, much more professional and qualified.

    I was very upset/angry that I paid $200.00 for what I thought was delivery, SET UP and removal. I had a rough time and had to get my brother in law to help me. Did not like the fact that Pilot transport delivered and removed,but did not SET UP. Placing the box in front of my TV console, take a picture, then leave. I couldn't even hardly understand the language.

    This review is in regards to a TV purchase for a business. When the TV was purchased in person at the local BB, it was made clear that this was for a business that operated during normal daytime business hours-from 8 am to 5 pm. The sales person said it could be arranged for the install etc. to be done at a time best suited for our business. However when the installer arrived it was almost 5pm and we ended up having to pay an employee several hours OT while the installation was being completed. The technician and installation was professional. However, they needed to send another truck to pick up the old TV. 6 days later the old TV still has not been picked up. When I called to inquire, I was told the service was already completed according to their records. After a lengthy call while BB researched, I was transferred to another department to start the process all over again. After another lengthy call BB agreed to schedule the pick up but with a window of time that falls during hours in which our business is closed. Very frustrating. Again installation went smoothly but follow up with Haul Away service not so good at this point. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

    Told the sales person that I needed a large projection screen TV taken down 22 stairs and hauled away. Greek squad calls on the day orginally scheduled. I tell them what needs to be done, they came do it, didn't bring a truck... says hell call me back. Never calls me back, shows up a week or so later when no one is there. I knew when I told the sales lesson what needed to be done it would not be right, and it wasn't, no surprise!!

    Pickup shows complete - I still have TV

    I paid for the service, had it scheduled. It was closed as complete but the television is still sitting in my living room. I called Geek Squad and was told he put a request in for them to actually come pick it up and also scheduled a new day just in case. Well, they didn't come back and I'm not on the schedule for tomorrow for them to come.

    Geek Squad Phone Representatives are HORRIBLE!

    This was the first time I have called the BB Geek Squad for a service appointment. No representative showed up on the scheduled day. I attempted to reschedule only to be placed on hold and never called back. One telephone representatives made a mess of the original appointment. The representatives never called me back as promised. The representatives will place you on hold and never pick up again. I asked to speak with a supervisor only to be placed on hold again for 30 minutes. There is no way to speak with a supervisor or anyone of authority. I still do not have a complete refund for the service call I was charged for. I do NOT recommend ever calling the Geek Squad phone number because the representatives can do anything without any repercussions. I used to be a BB fan. Now I will only deal with employees at the local store. I spoke with three different representatives all with the same outcome. What has happened to Best Buy?

    Sound and Picture aren't in Sync

    The audio and video aren't in sync and it makes it hard to watch. The tech said the TV should be replaced.

    The geek squad came to install my TV on a mount I chose for ability tobpull out tilt and turn.They said it wouldn't center on the wall. Sold me theirs and installed it. I didnt turn at all,cost more and worse product. My son in law was able to remount my TV just fine on the mount I chose

    The installers spoke no English only plugged in TV and asked for our wifi and left. Did not get any instruction on anything. Genie was foreign to us.

    Delivery window 7AM-7PM. Unacceptable. Need smaller window. Nobody came. Nobody called. When I called around 8PMI was offered a new appointment, not the next day but in 3 weeks. Long termBets Buy customer DISSATISFIED,
