They did not take the tv.

Disappointed

Paid for service and never took my tv

Don’t Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV but just after the 1 year warranty expired two black vertices lines appeared on the left side of the screen and are permanently there. Efforts to resolve with Samsung proved to be a waste of time. Won’t be buying anymore Samsung TVs. Waste of $1,700 dollars
