    No complete, absolutely dishonest to show complete. UR team of 1 could not handle new TV without my help, much less do haul away. On hold on phone to followup & BB intentionally disconnected me. Haul away complete is dishonest & TotalCare name are both dishonest!! Give me a call & I will step you through it.

    Tech did nothing except take TV out of Box- no special set up- not worth the cost of delivery or set up.

    GeekSquad showed up to install my New 85” TV but would not remove my 65” rear projection TV (supposedly too big, even though I told them what they would be removing in advance). Don’t accept “No” for an answer. Go in to store, talk to manager and they will send out a different appliance crew to remove the old TV.

    TV was delivered as scheduled. The delivery man couldn't speak English that I understood. He was a large man. He picked up my old 60" TV by his self and walked out to the truck, which was 75 or 80ft. a way. He then picked up my new TV, in the box, over his head and walked back in my house and set it down. He never adhered to Covid 19 safety advice!!

    They did not want to take the old t.v. back. We had to tell them they were supposed to.

    Unfortunately store and installers told numerous times old tv very heavy and several people would be needed to move but still showed up on date with couple techs who said we can’t move this, we need more help.

    This was. Total collapse of miscommunication. The team delivered the new TV but refused to haul away the defective tv. I asked to speak to their supervisor and she just hung up on me.

    As of 5/20/2020, no one as set up a date or made themselves accessible, to complete this issue. Best buy has missed 4 dates after me staying home from work....No or manager will call. I buy your products and I get terrible service......Thank you very much best buy!

    TV Haul Away - Would not take old set

    Paid to have my old TV taken away and they would not take it. It was 55'' console that we even hauled upstairs so it would be easier to haul off. We took pieces off to move/fit upstairs. When we asked them to take it they said they couldn't because it wasn't in one piece. How do I get my money back?

    I would have gave zero stars if I could. After 3 different reschedules on delivery and install. I picked up the items and installed them myself. I had to get rid of the tv myself

    Said they had no room on the truck and because of Covid they couldn’t come in. They did reimburse my money. Seemed like the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. However... they brought my new fridge in. But not my new TV.

    I called to have this cancelled as it was not needed and have yet to see a credit. Please issue credit and let me know this was done. I spoke with Michelle on 7/13 and she removed it but never issued credit

    The absolute worst service ever. I tried 5x…yes 5x to get two tv’s installed. Spent numerous hours on with being bounced around. Bottom line is I had to install myself. The absolute worst company ever

    The delivery guys were great but did not know the size of TV they were to remove and couldn’t take it. The subsequent mess with trying to get it picked up is almost enough for me not to deal with Best Buy again.

    I've waited a total of 18 hours so far and my tv still hasn't been picked up. It's been scheduled three times. No one comes and no one calls. Very frustrated and upset.

    I have called twice already and nobody seems to speak english very well. No one has or will help. I don't know what to do. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Best Buy.
