    I decided not to have them take the tv. Obviously they never noted it and I did not get credit for it.

    They backed over my Magnolia bush and killed it and 2 left huge ruts in my yard with their truck.

    They suck nastiness group of delivery men and never took our tv even though I paid for it

    The delivery team were so nice and helpful and very professional. They removed our old tv and hauled away and set up all of new items and helped my husband understand the new equipment.

    Technicians installed our new 65in Roku tv.

    The technician's who delivered and installed our new 65in Roku smart tv were very professional and setup our tv and showed us how to operate it.This was our first experience with a smart tv and steaming..They were very nice and removed our older 65in tv.

    We only requested for the team to drop off and pick up the TV. They were respectful of the property and completed the delivery and pick up in about 5 but not more than 10 minutes. Efficient, quick, and more importantly, careful with the 77' TV.

    The guys who delivered and set up my new TV were terrific. They were efficient and professional and explained and answered my questions completely. The haul-away was perfect.

    Service was excellent. They called prior to arrival, was scheduled later in day but asked if they could come early. They were very professional and fast with delivery and haul away of my old TV.

    Got e-mail and phone call to Coordinate p/u of old TV. Gentlemen showed up on time and were very friendly and courteous. Will definitely use this BB service again if needed.

    Poor service from Best Buy

    TV was defective after 34 days I called best buy and told them I wanted a replacement. I was told that I had to go through Samsung it has been two weeks and they finally made an appointment for next week. They said the part was on back order. When I asked for a replacement I was told they were a subcontractor for Samsung and all they could do is repair it would be up to Samsung if they replace it. It seems like a vicious circle. They just run you around till you give up. But after only a month the unit should be replaced and not just repaired. I will not buy anything else from Best Buy.
