    Spoke to a manager at th store to why this was not completed and he said "not my issue" should have been coordinated with the geek squad.

    I decided not to have them take the tv. Obviously they never noted it and I did not get credit for it.

    They backed over my Magnolia bush and killed it and 2 left huge ruts in my yard with their truck.

    The service from the Geek Squad was outstanding. Manager Steve Potyra and Agent David Wang mounted my 65” TV and programmed it. Steve and David answered all of my questions and completed the installation in a timely manner. They hauled away my old TV and ensured my home was clean. I can’t say enough for the incredible service I received. I am going to request Steve and David when I buy my second TV.

    The delivery team were so nice and helpful and very professional. They removed our old tv and hauled away and set up all of new items and helped my husband understand the new equipment.

    The Geek Squad who delivered and installed my two Sony Bravia TVs were exceptional. Michael was well organized and looked over the tasks to be done, prioritized the sequencing of installing and removing two TVs and orchestrated the move brilliantly with his colleague Christina. They were both very professional, exuded competence and were very pleasant in the interactions. I highly commend them for their service.

    I absolutely love this haul away service. I’ve been stuck for years with massive television sets that were no longer functioning. Having this massive 65” television removed from my tiny home by Best Buy was perfect!

    Best Buy Techs came right on time and unpacked the TV, hung it on my wall. We didn't need haul away or soundbar set up so they gave us a credit. They showed us how the TV worked. Would recommend this service for TV set up, very seamless.
