Appreciated having the option of TV haul-away, knowing it would be recycled appropriately. The TV was removed with care, crew very respectful of our property. A great service to have.

The crew notified me ahead of time when they were arriving and actually got there a little early. They were quite pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend if you need someone to haul away a heavy old TV.

I am impressed with the service I have received from the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They arrive on time, and their work is excellent and professional.

I bought my first smart TV from Best Buy in 2018. It lasted this long (8 years), so I needed a new one. Therefore, I bought another Samsung, and I'm enjoying my viewing! :)

The geek squad was great. They set up our new tv and sound bar. They Lso set up and explined how to use. They hauled old tv which was great, that way we didnt have to deal with it.

The two techs that came in to install my tv took away the old one which made it very easy for me. No hassle with trying to get rid of it. I would highly recommend this service

We only requested for the team to drop off and pick up the TV. They were respectful of the property and completed the delivery and pick up in about 5 but not more than 10 minutes. Efficient, quick, and more importantly, careful with the 77' TV.
