    Service was excellent. They called prior to arrival, was scheduled later in day but asked if they could come early. They were very professional and fast with delivery and haul away of my old TV.

    Got e-mail and phone call to Coordinate p/u of old TV. Gentlemen showed up on time and were very friendly and courteous. Will definitely use this BB service again if needed.

    Poor service from Best Buy

    TV was defective after 34 days I called best buy and told them I wanted a replacement. I was told that I had to go through Samsung it has been two weeks and they finally made an appointment for next week. They said the part was on back order. When I asked for a replacement I was told they were a subcontractor for Samsung and all they could do is repair it would be up to Samsung if they replace it. It seems like a vicious circle. They just run you around till you give up. But after only a month the unit should be replaced and not just repaired. I will not buy anything else from Best Buy.

    Nightmare Experience

    We purchased a new LG 83 Inch G5 TV great TV! The delivery experience has been a nightmare! I have been a total tech member for years and since 2019 we have spent over $27,000 at Best Buy. We had to replace our Samsung 83 QLED TV that was unfortunately water damaged in our home theater. We purchased the New LG in the Best Buy upgrade sale, great timing for us. The delivery was scheduled for Friday May 1st 4:15 to 7:15 PM window, almost 2 weeks after the purchase date. The day before the delivery I was called by a 3rd party fulfillment Company. At that time, I learned that Best Buy no longer uses the Geek Squad for deliveries. I was told that I need to buy a mount for the TV. I explained that the TV comes with its one specialized mount. He disagreed and insisted I purchased a new mount. So, I purchased a new mount one identical to the mount already mounting my old TV. I gave up attending a conference that evening for the TV delivery. They never showed, up, no call, no text nothing. I went to Best Buy the next morning, and I was told they would call to reschedule "by the end of the day." Nothing no call nothing. I went back to Best Buy again on Monday May 4th. I was told I was already scheduled for delivery the next day Tuesday. again, no show, no call no text nothing! 2nd no show! I went back to Best Buy again and got the e-mail addresses of upper management. I have to say the staff at the local Best Buy have been great and they are very frustrated with the outsourced install provider. I sent an e-mail to the managers and called the Best Buy Corporate office and filed a complaint. I filed a complaint with the FTC and after mentioning I was going to call my Lawyer the 3rd delivery appointment was scheduled without asking if that time was available for me. I took off three hours from work with no pay in order to keep the appointment and on the 3rd appointment the TV was installed. I have been contacted by management, and they are very apologetic and appreciated the feedback with my experience. They mentioned they are going to "compensate me" for me time and bad experience. That would be a great gesture and make amends to repair a long-term relationship with Best Buy. Be aware when you purchase an item from Best Buy, they have outsourced deliveries and 'results may vary"
