    Bad delivery/setup, bad TV choice on my part.

    The TV is chose was a bad pick. It is a "smart" TV which is too smart for me. The delivery was terrible, Best Buy didn't tell me that delivery I had a choice of delivery options and instead set me up with the lowest cost plane. I had expected installation would be done by the Geek squad, instead, The delivery was by people who on know how to place the TV on the surface I use for TV's, plug it in and turn it on to see if the glass is broken. I had to pay $119.00 for a geek squad person to come out and set it up for me. He did not explain what he was doing or how to used the control panel to change settings. As things are richt now, instead of going to the station that was selected at the previous shutdown it frequent start up in setup mode which takes three actions to get to actual channel.

    Absolutely disappointed. The wrong TV was hauled away. Tried to call the driver to come back. The driver couldn’t come back. Spent all day back and forth with the external delivery service. Finally I heard back and was told that they found my TV and i could come and pick it up. I called them on Monday, to pick up and they had no recollection of my order, name, or the TV that was set aside for pick up.

    Extremely poor Geek Squad service

    This is a nightmare. The tv hasn’t been delivered because the Geek Squad missed the confirmed delivery date. They called and told me they wouldn’t install and configure my tv even though I paid for the service. The next day when they were supposed to deliver the tv they cancelled last minute. Now I’m another week out. Buy from anyone but BEST LIE

    This was the worst… I can’t believe how they treat people on the delivery side. They almost left my old TV after paying to remove it. They were the worst… i should have saved the money and asked them to take the box and HHey refused that!! Worst experience and I was told someone would call me to discuss and no one did.

    Don't use subcontractors from the Greek Squad!

    Geek Squad. They send me subcontractors who barely spoke English! I have used Geeks before and they were great. NOT THIS TIME.

    Great TV but just after the 1 year warranty expired two black vertices lines appeared on the left side of the screen and are permanently there. Efforts to resolve with Samsung proved to be a waste of time. Won’t be buying anymore Samsung TVs. Waste of $1,700 dollars
