The installers did a great job. I'm a senior citizen, so the only thing I did in the whole process was hold the door for the guys.

I can't believe you're asking about the haul away and not the LG TV and sound bar we purchased. It is difficult to communicate with store employees since there is no store phone number. Email is unsatisfactory because folks don't seem to look at it.

The Geek Squad guys were awesome, very friendly and courteous. They picked up my 12 year old 71 lb. 60” Samsung Plasma TV like it was nothing, carried it out to their van and loaded it up. All I had to do was open the door for them. I highly recommend the Haul Away Service if you need it, especially for larger, heavier TV’s. Thanks Geek Squad!

Purchased with Best Buy's Total Tech Coverage including installation. Outstanding Installation including an earlier iMac27 and EERO Mesh Router Mesh System purchase and later LG washer/Dryer. Everything was installed correctly. All home components connected by Tech's to EERO's wifi worked perfectly.

Professional, timely and informative. They talked me through the installation and sought feedback to ensure customized mounting of out new television.

What’s to say? They charged me to cart off the old dead flat screen. Charge was competitive but considering what the nes TV cost it would be nice if they just threw in the cart off cost for no additional charge. It’s like airlines charging for wider seats

Delivery guys were nice and courteous. They were on time with the delivery of my new TV and hauled my old TV away. Very quick, in and out in probably 15 minutes.

The service technicians set up my new TV. They programmed eveything and explainded how everything works. The with the blink of an eye my old TV was gone.

I purchased a new 65 in TV when my old 52 inch Samsung finally died. I purchased the Geek Squad installation service and the TV Haul Away option. I am sooo glad that I paid for the Geek Squad to render these services. All services were done professionally by outstanding Geek Squad personnel. Regarding the Take Away service, it is definitely worth it particularly if you are older and have old TV of any size.

They removed my old tv and replaced it with the new tv in almost no time. They were very professional.

Specifically bought a new tv from Best buy because we needed to get rid of the old 75" tv. Best service add on ever! There is no where to dispose of large old tv's where we live, so this service is very valuable to us. Guys were in with our new tv and out with our old one within 15 minutes.
