I can't believe you're asking about the haul away and not the LG TV and sound bar we purchased. It is difficult to communicate with store employees since there is no store phone number. Email is unsatisfactory because folks don't seem to look at it.

Delivery guys were nice and courteous. They were on time with the delivery of my new TV and hauled my old TV away. Very quick, in and out in probably 15 minutes.

The in home service was excellent beyond excellent. Adam and Nick were on time, professional, gave good advice and really nice people.

It was my understanding I had contracted for "In-Wall" installation. However, this wasn't done. To be honest, I didn't question it because this was installed in a ADU/Mancave and the cable run is not visible even though it was not installed "in-wall" and I didn't believe it necessary to raise the question. However, the work done was efficient, clean and expeditious. The technicians were professional and respectful of my place using booties as they entered and exited the premises. I would have rated this 5 stars if it had been installed as promoted.

Very professional. As a senior, it was great that I could recycle the TV and I did not need to drag a heavy TV to the curb.

The Geek Squad team that came out did an excellent job of installing, setting up and integrating our new A/V hardware with our entertainment system.

This is my 2nd LG tv and I really like them. The picture quality is excellent and the color is vivid. Ease of use is very good would recommend if to anyone.

What’s to say? They charged me to cart off the old dead flat screen. Charge was competitive but considering what the nes TV cost it would be nice if they just threw in the cart off cost for no additional charge. It’s like airlines charging for wider seats

Well I got the opportunity to use their in-Home Service and they came in took the TV off the wall and put New TV up in a Heart beat. Did a great job no fuss no muss, really Thanks Guys y'all did a Good job...

The Geek Squad guys were awesome, very friendly and courteous. They picked up my 12 year old 71 lb. 60” Samsung Plasma TV like it was nothing, carried it out to their van and loaded it up. All I had to do was open the door for them. I highly recommend the Haul Away Service if you need it, especially for larger, heavier TV’s. Thanks Geek Squad!

Easy haul away service to use. I brought TV out to carport for these guys to haul away. Easier than transporting myself for recycle.
