Purchased with Best Buy's Total Tech Coverage including installation. Outstanding Installation including an earlier iMac27 and EERO Mesh Router Mesh System purchase and later LG washer/Dryer. Everything was installed correctly. All home components connected by Tech's to EERO's wifi worked perfectly.

The contractors who installed our tv handled it with care. They were very nice and informative.

No problem with the removal on my old tv. $119 paid for installation was ridiculous ... all they did was plug the tv in. They couldn't sync my two remotes into one so volumn did not work. Best Buy telephone contact could not be reached the entire day. Had to drive to my Best Buy store and they couldn't help me to get the delivery guys to return. In the store I called the Geek squard for help (on the line with them for 45 minutes) and they couldn't help either. Had a friend come over to help which he did.

the agents removed my old 58" plasma TV and installed a new 75" QLED system. The old TV weighed over 140 LBS but they handled it perfectly. Great job! The new TV looks great and their service was excellent.

I purchased a new 65 in TV when my old 52 inch Samsung finally died. I purchased the Geek Squad installation service and the TV Haul Away option. I am sooo glad that I paid for the Geek Squad to render these services. All services were done professionally by outstanding Geek Squad personnel. Regarding the Take Away service, it is definitely worth it particularly if you are older and have old TV of any size.

Totally pleased. I had a heart attack about five months ago. Per doctor's orders....I let Best Buy and the Geek Squad do a turn key deal. I have a pick-up truck. The usual me would pick up the product....install....haul off the old....but not this time. Glad I went the route that I did. Bless you guys.....
