Great add on service

Best service add on ever! There is no where to dispose of large old tv's where we live, so this service is very valuable to us. Guys were in with our new tv and out with our old one within 15 minutes.

Will definitely do again if I need to.

Disappointed

The men that came out to set it up left while I was putting in my password for Wi-Fi. They spoke little English and were no help. I did get the TV working but very disappointed Best Buy did not come through with what I had expected.

Sony 77 Inch OLED, 27"iMac, and LG Washer/Dryer

Outstanding Installation including an earlier iMac27 and EERO Mesh Router Mesh System purchase and later LG washer/Dryer. Everything was installed correctly. All home components connected by Tech's to EERO's wifi worked perfectly.
