Very professional installation by Best Buy to install Oled TV for us.

I purchased 2 Sony TV replacement. 1 75” for Living Room and 55” for Bedroom. Both are on the Wall. Geek Squad Delivered, removed, changed out HDMI cables and installed both TVs on the same day. The guys were very nice, respectable and knowledgeable. They hauled away both TVs so I would not leave the evidence on the curb.

Polite, on time. Very considerate of house. Very competent. Well worth the cost.

Had a 17 year old 52 inch projection screen st that just decided it was done. I don’t own a truck, so removing this beast was going to be a problem for me. Since I had just purchased a replacement set, decided to take advantage of the service, and glad I did. Two guys effortlessly escorted it down the steps and out the door in a matter of minutes. Glad this service is available, and well worth it.

Having the TV installed by Best Buy was a good decision. Have always purchased from Best Buy. They take care of everything !!!

I purchased this option because I live in an apartment and needed my Samsung tv that I damaged removed. The person who was assigned to remove it not only was friendly and courteous he went beyond the call of service. I needed the box removed in addition to the tv and he did not say no. He was very good. Definitely use this service.

I purchased the add-on to have my old (2002 -- 52" TV) moved to another location. The techs took it down from the wall and attached it to the base that I still had from back when I purchased it. They quickly carried it to my guest room and it was all done within 10 minutes. These techs were at the end of their day (almost) but were gracious, polite, efficient and quick!

Service was great from best buy outlet i had just purchased a washer which had a repair issue immediately they replaced it for a another one. my delivery the guys were professional and kind . They worked fast too. Best buy is the best.

Installers were efficient and helpfull, they were courteous.

The TV is great, however did not appreciate having to pay and carry myself instead of delivery when set up. The men that came out to set it up left while I was putting in my password for Wi-Fi. They spoke little English and were no help. I did get the TV working but very disappointed Best Buy did not come through with what I had expected.

The geek squad took our old big screen t.v 82" away... that thing was heavy. The guys were awesome... quickly installed our new 86" LG qned 85 t.v and VIZIO suround system. They cleaned up afterwards. Thanks guys!

When we bought our new tv I purchased the 12 mth geek squad pkg which was great. They installed everything and hauled away our old big screen tv which was huge. A dinosaur with the big base and full back. Weighed a ton and everyone knows the trash men don’t take those anymore. So this was perfect.

Beat Buy delivered our tv and hauled away our tv that we were replacing. This service made it so much easier for us as we wanted it done responsibly.
