Geek Squad did a great job. Took away everything i didnt need. Including all the boxes.

The Geek Squad agents went above and beyond for this install. This was a replacement for existing fireplace mounted 65" with a number of specific routing requirements for the power and cabling. As I watched the install, I was amazed at how they resolved the routing issues. Yet another Geek Squad success.

I purchased 2 Sony TV replacement. 1 75” for Living Room and 55” for Bedroom. Both are on the Wall. Geek Squad Delivered, removed, changed out HDMI cables and installed both TVs on the same day. The guys were very nice, respectable and knowledgeable. They hauled away both TVs so I would not leave the evidence on the curb.

I loved the professionalism of the staff. They had great communication, arrived on time, worked swiftly, and took care of my house!

They got the time a little mixed up for delivery, but they were very nice to straightened the situation out.

Arrived on time. And did what they said they would. Helped set up the TV and sound system--and helped me log in to all our streaming services. (More than I thought.) Had a problem with cable the next day, but not their fault. What more can you ask for?

Chris & Vlad did our setup. They removed all trash and took a few extra items with them for recycling. Saved us some trips. Great guys!

Had a 17 year old 52 inch projection screen st that just decided it was done. I don’t own a truck, so removing this beast was going to be a problem for me. Since I had just purchased a replacement set, decided to take advantage of the service, and glad I did. Two guys effortlessly escorted it down the steps and out the door in a matter of minutes. Glad this service is available, and well worth it.

They removed all debris and old tv. The experience was great and service was top notch. Both Geek Squad employees should be commended for job well done.

The geek squad took our old big screen t.v 82" away... that thing was heavy. The guys were awesome... quickly installed our new 86" LG qned 85 t.v and VIZIO suround system. They cleaned up afterwards. Thanks guys!

Bestbuy was able to install on a convenient date and time. They showed up on time, and installed my new tv really quickly. They made sure everything worked and answered all my questions.

I purchased this option because I live in an apartment and needed my Samsung tv that I damaged removed. The person who was assigned to remove it not only was friendly and courteous he went beyond the call of service. I needed the box removed in addition to the tv and he did not say no. He was very good. Definitely use this service.

I purchased the add-on to have my old (2002 -- 52" TV) moved to another location. The techs took it down from the wall and attached it to the base that I still had from back when I purchased it. They quickly carried it to my guest room and it was all done within 10 minutes. These techs were at the end of their day (almost) but were gracious, polite, efficient and quick!
