Geek Squad called about 15 minutes out and arrived ready to go to work. Got down the old TV and then discovered the mount I'd bought was not long enough to work with the side mounts on the new 98" TV. Well, they retrofitted and made it work perfectly. They did the initial picture setup, went through all the settings and made sure I understood everything before they left. Very professional job.
