Much easier to allow the experts to get the tv mounted and connected

The installers did an excellent job and were super personable. Couldn’t have been happier to have gotten the guys I did, would give them 6/5 stars if I could.

Installed quick and did a good job cleaning. They were late to the delivery by a few hours but I had set aside the rest of the day for it anyways. They did forget to center the tv before they left, but it was easy enough to do even with a 100inch tv. Make sure you buy your own mount though, the BB mount was over double the price of the one I purchased on the jungle.

The Geek Squad was amazing! They mounted our new tv and set up our surround sound. They offered suggestions on how to get the most out of our tv and surround sound. Highly recommended!

They came and hung 100“ TV in no time. Then came back and rehung it a little higher for no charge a week later. I approved original hang but decided later I wanted it moved up a little more so they came and did it. Great team both times.

Guys came in and was great, respectful of the product and house, cleaned up after themselves and and gave expert opinion on warranties and even set up.

The guys were excellent in communication to mount the TV exactly where I wanted it yet provided great advice on pros and cons of specific positioning... The also did a great job of cleaning up when complete...

I was so impressed with the the service form Geek Squad on the mounting of my TV and the installation of the rear speakers for my surround sound. I am going to put the same review for both items. It's been a few weeks so I may not get the names right. The original tech John was on time and extremely courteous. The mount of the TV was not going to be difficult but the speaker install well it proved to be a little challenging. Its was apparent that this would require some help as the wires that were run from the previous owner and never used could not be located. The area on the roof they were was not accessible very easily so to was going to require help and thats when Tandi showed up to assist, They ended up running new cable and also making ti easy for me to go from 5.1 to 7.1 if so desired. During this time tech 3 showed up also John (at least thats whit I remember, both tae techs had the same name) and he mounted the TV. in all it ended up being a 4 hour job and my wife and I absolutely enjoyed having them in our home.

Showed up 4, hours later then the scheduled 4 hour window.

The installers were great, knew exactly what they were doing and kept me informed before arriving.

Great job. Very efficient and cleaned up after job.

We’ve used Best Buy’s mounting services for our TVs for years. They’re fantastic, always polite, and accommodating to our dogs. We upgrade fairly often and having to dismount then remount TV’s would be a pain so we really appreciate their efficiency and value.
