The Geek Squad was very professional and courteous while installing my my mount for our new Frame TV. They explained what they were doing and asked us for our input so that we were both on the same page.

Chion and Marcus from the Geek Squad did and excellent job mounting the two Sony OLED t.v.s in our family room and bedroom. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They took their time and did the job right. We are very pleased with Best Buy's products and the Geek Squad service

These guys were totally professional... the arrived on time as requested and had my 77" LG OLED up and running in know time. They tweeked it for the best picture and linked it up to the LG Sound-Bar. They made sure we could understand and use to remote before leaving and clead up the are before leaving.

I wish I could give them 6 stars. Two guys showed up with our new TV, all masked up and safe. The took off the older TV and showed me several connections that were not needed and removed them. They mounted the new TV, helped me get it connected to WiFi and then explained everything. Twice. Then assisted in downloading some aps, carried the old TV to a back room and left. My wife and I simply grinned from ear to ear.

The geek squard was terrific. I had a new tv installed and another relocated. The geek squad did a great job. Knowledgable, personalble, and effective.

The agents assembled the TV Stand and set up the TV on it as that is what I ordered at the store. The order was rung up wrong in the store. The person that assisted me in the store was very patient and kind. The agents that came to the house were very helpful and kind. There are not enough stars to rate their service.

The guys did a fantastic job installing our new TV and relocating our 2 other TVs. They made sure everything worked right and explained everything (just wish I could remember it all). They listened to me, included me in all decisions, & followed up on all I asked to be done. They also did a very thorough job of cleaning up after themselves. The job could not have gone better.

The Geek Squad guys knew how to install my new TV in the existing mount and to hang it the correct height on the wall. They ran the cables correctly and then had a longer fiber cable in the truck when the new TV needed a longer run due to it's size and connection. I would not hesitate to have them back for more projects. The pair was the most impressive I have ever run into who have done any work on my house.

My tv was mounted exactly where I wanted it. Also I had great communication, and reminders, regarding my scheduled appointment time.

The agents mounted my 98 inch TCL TV on the wall. Working perfect.

The Geek Squad are the Best!!!! They are friendly, efficient, helpful, and do great work. I will sign up every year with Best Buy to have the Geek Squad perform any needed digital in my house.

Jamie and team are total professionals and did a great job. They were great about getting the job done, walking me through setup pieces, and approached their work as if it was going in their own house. Simply unbelievable how great they were to work with. Jamie even wrote me a follow-up email to help me with a future appointment. I will be highly recommending the Geek Squad to everyone moving forward.

David and Marco installed 3 TVs, a Sound bar and a Stereo System. They did a great job, very professional. They knew exactly how high to place the TV mount for best Viewing. They also set up my stereo system and even ran the Equalizer sound Check for the best sound quality from my Pioneer Receiver. I highly recommend the Geek Squad for installing your TV's on the wall and help make moving in a breeze.

This was a fantastic experience with these two Geek Squad techs. They had to come in and fix issues with my new tvs from a previous call made by an overflow tech. They were very respectful to us as Seniors and very prepared for the Covid experience. They were very patient and very clear in explanations of what needed to be done. I am happily a contented Best Buy customer once again because of these two techs. They need positive feedback from their management. Thank you.
