HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 98” tv was supposed to be installed on Thanksgiving Eve. Geek squad had wrong address. Rescheduled for 1wk later and my order was just cancelled! Reordered. Dec 17 tv arrived and 3 people couldn’t get tv upstairs. My family got tv upstairs. Rescheduled installation for 1/2/25. WITHOUT ANY notice appointment was rescheduled. Called and spoke with a very rude and unprofessional rep who just put me on hold. Called back and spoke to a very polite rep who said “ this is unsatisfactory and I will have my manager call you”. Call never happened. My installation is now scheduled for 1/4/25! ALL fingers and toes are crossed in hopes that this will really happen. My tv is sitting in the box awaiting installation. Customer service is definitely not what it used to be. Hands down my WORST experience ever.

I usually do installs by myself but since I was needing to install 3 TVs I decided to treat myself to the Geek Squad. This turned out to be a really pleasant experience! Mark and Edwin arrived within the window even though the weather was frightful. They prepped and installed the TVs efficiently and at optimal heights with no issues and kept the house clean. They provided great communication and were finished in no time, if you are like me a DYI type, you are missing out on the work of professionals who are eager to please and excellent at their job.

The Geek Squad installers were great! They were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They showed me how to operate the new TV and sound bar and were sure everything was working properly before they left. I was amazed by their knowledge of the technical aspects of the TV.

Everything Angelo did was amazing. He explained everything before he did it and was professional and completed the job with no issues. He went above and beyond.

This guys know exactly what and how to do it! They mounted a very heavy 100" TV and it was flawless, very simmetric and balanced.

You don't realize what a job it is until you watch the techs. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and worked well together.

Happy, Make sure to buy the mount with the TV and not through geeksquad. I didnt get the maximum reward points, unfortunately.

Re-mounted my 2 tv’s and sound bar quickly and efficiently, being extremely mindful of my new wallpaper.

They came to my house with 3 tv and mounts ask me where I wanted the tvs to be and got to work they placed them perfectly and centered. Took them at most 35 mins to do 3 tvs. They even cleaned there mess and hauled off the trash. Absolutely amazing.

The two agents that they set up my 85 inch TV where amazing. Very quick and professional. Its a newer home and they treated it as so bringing on the TV making sure nothing was scratched or damaged. They instantly put on some shoe covers without me asking them to and after the TV was mounted they stayed and helped me program the TV to my likings.

Oh, and make sure you request Geek Squad when you set up the install! Jose is an excellent installer and Marcus, the Store Manager in Irving, TX is awesome, too! Thank you.

This was my first time utilizing this service and it was worth every penny. The Agents were extremely professional and right on time. They did a fantastic job mounting and securing both of my televisions. In addition, they went out of their way to make sure my job was done that day even though one of the televisions had been damaged prior to the arrival at my home. They secured a replacement, put it on hold, went to pick it up, transported it back to my home, and had it installed that same afternoon.

The team who installed our tv was quick and efficient. Excellent customer service!
