Tv mounted but was about 3 inches higher than planned. Unable to move tv doan to correct because of where screws were placed on wall. However, the tv mount did allow about 1 inch drop so it helped. Overall the installers were great and professional. They were patient and by the time they left we were thorougjly happy with the outcome.

The guys where accommodating since we had to rescue the install.

The agents swapped out older, failing equipment and our home theater is like new. They also installed our new Ring video doorbell, taking the time to make sure the software was set on our phones and working properly. There wasn't a single question that Justin couldn't answer, and he was patient and thorough throughout the entire service experience.

Berst money I every spent was to have the Geek Squat deliver and set up the larger TV and sound bar system.

The geek Squad was on time and did a very nice job. I highly recommend Geek Squad and assure you that the membership pays for its own very quickly.

I have used geek squad multiple times for installation and they were fantastic. They were quick, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They answered all questions, hooked up all the devices and made sure everything was working properly before they left.

Time slot of availability was convenient. Professional, wore a mask and shoe covers. Easy to talk to as well. Very professional and provided much peace of mind. Guided us against installing in wall cable management in our finished basement due to a fire block. Would never have known if we tried DIY. Great service.

The agents who installed my v took their time and ensured I liked the placement before drilling any holes. They worked fast but did everything with care.

The tec called first and arrived on time. He installed my new sound bar on my sunbrite TV. He also switched the settings to the sound bar option. I purchased the sound bar because I have a hearing deficiency. The Tec adjusted the sound to satisfy my specific hearing needs. I really love the new sound bar and the service was outstanding.

The crew at BestBuy was wonderful the installed 2 tvs at my office. They were on time, professional they also set the tv’s up by connecting to WiFi.

The Geek Squad installed a wall mounted TV and did an expert job in doing so … Professional, knowledgeable, focused … Answered all our questions and left the site clean and trash free … We are happy campers!

I had four smaller TV's installed in four bedrooms of a vacation home. The Geeks did a wonderful job with all of these installs. Could not ask for a more professional result.

The geek squad mounted my TV and conducted all my appliances. They were courteous. They were on time and very helpful. They went over and above.

I paid for the install and set up service for a new 55” smart TV. Best money spent! The installers had my old TV down and the new one up in under an hour. They had the right tools for the job, they cleaned up as they went along, and answered every question I had- even the dumb ones! Definitely better than my husband spending hours trying to get it level and make due with the tools we already have.

The tv i had 43 cracked the screen on our move .i found that out during our appointment to put on wall. We purchased this this for my office.

The installation techs were very efficient while moving two existing tv's and installing a new large screened.
