Had geek squad deliver, mount and set up Tv & sound bar. They took their time and answered all the questions this “old boomer” had, they were wonderful! The lead geek squad guy “Tommy” was so helpful, even checked with me after the install to make sure everything was good! Can’t say enough about the geek squad from Barboursville, WV!

The Geek Squad installed a wall mounted TV and did an expert job in doing so … Professional, knowledgeable, focused … Answered all our questions and left the site clean and trash free … We are happy campers!

The tech came out and was very professional as well as knowledgeable about the TV and mount he was installing he even heloped me find the perfect spot for the TV to be mounted. He was quick professional and cleaned up any and all mess and trash from the install as well as teach me the basics of what I needed to know to work everything and get the most out of what equipment I have hooked up

We are big fans of the Geek Squad. We’ve had several different teams out to do installations on new electronics and every one of them have been great. I can’t say enough about their knowledge and professionalism. Kudos to Best Buy for finding such a great team.

The job the geek squad was excellent. Unfortunately they didn't show the date they were supposed to be there. They did however make it a point to fit into their schedule the next day. Customer service provided a date that was unacceptable, but the supervisor intervened and provided a suitable date and time

I had four smaller TV's installed in four bedrooms of a vacation home. The Geeks did a wonderful job with all of these installs. Could not ask for a more professional result.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and were very professional and quite knowledgeable about the mounting procedure. They explained everything as they proceeded, and answered all my questions. They also took all the packing material and the large box my tv was in.

I had four TVs to mount including two new ones recently purchased at Best Buy. As they open the box on one of the new TVs, they discovered it was damaged. They never hesitated and contacted Best Buy on my behalf and went back to get another one. They did a great job installing all four TVs, clean up afterwards, and took the excess packaging.

The agents who installed my v took their time and ensured I liked the placement before drilling any holes. They worked fast but did everything with care.
