If you want your knew TV hooked up right, have them do it. They were having trouble connecting to the internet, and I learned that my wireless router needs to have it's software upgraded every 6 months. No one ever told me this before. They were very professional and even took away the empty boxes.

Overall great experience! Installers were fast and professional, The Mounted TV's were installed in several areas' and were square and level. Once completed, they cleaned up their work areas.

The Geek Squad guys were very professional and knew what they were doing. They took their time to ensure everything was in the proper position before drilling holes in the wall. They really explained everything to us in layman's terms. The service was awesome!

Technicians installed a new mount, prepared the new TV and mounted the TV. They programmed the unit & insured that it was working properly. They did an excellent job & cleaned up any mess they made & hauled away box & debris
