    Right on time and efficient. Only complaint is they can do better job in cleaning up the grease hand prints on appliances

    The guys arrived on schedule. As a team they worked perfectly together, even adding a bit of humor. When finished they took the time to adjust our new tv(that we purchased elsewhere) to perfection. Great work guys!

    The agent installed the TV in the perfect location quickly and silently. He reattached all of the cables and bundled the cables with Black plastic cable ties making the cables look neat and orderly.

    I would not even think of setting up these products myself. I do not have the know how to do so. They were helpful and answered questions that I asked. I did not go wrong using the Geek Squad.
