    The geek squad guys really know their business. I believe you should always hire a professional if you only think you know how to do what these guys do every day.

    TV was t set up correctly, it was installed with the cord pinched and contractor for sheet rock wasn’t able to remove tv from bracket to do the wall work. When they came to fix it the string was frayed and Best Buy said they’ll replace it if I remove it myself and pay to reinstall

    They did a great job, but installed the wrong mount which I have to pay for and for for having it installed .

    Techs did a great job disassembling and then reassembling our entire home theater at our new address! It was so nice to have one less thing to worry about when moving

    The guys that hooked up my TV and mounted it above my fireplace did a really great job, and gave suggestions about where it should be and were very conscious about everything.
