    The agents came and were very professional. Put on booties as to not track anything into the house. Very quick and efficient.

    Having back surgery soon so I let the Geek Squad install TV for since I am not capable. The TV is not difficult to install but my back couldn't handle it. I showed them where the TV was to be installed. I was told he was not cleaning up the area where the tv went. I got upset because I paid for them to install the TV in the location I told them. So I pulled out the old stand by myself with my bad back and asked if they wanted me to install the TV as well. they didn't talk much after that. they will not be allowed in my house again.

    Mounted 3 TVs without any problems. Hid the cables and control boxes. Was very neat cleaning up any plaster from drilling in walls. Installer was very pleasant.

    Besides the agents knowing their job extremely well and I also loved the fact that they took away all of the packaging from the tvs that I bought.
