This installation was supposed to be free. Geek Squad wasn’t available to install so they used their install contractor. The 3rd party technician showed up without help to bring the 98"tv into my house. I ended up helping them bring it upstairs and mounting it to my wall. They also didn't have all the components to install the wall plug and hdmi cables and ended up upcharging me $650 on top of the supposed free installation. Sad part was that he didn’t let me know that I was being charged more until the install was completed. I called Best Buy and they wouldn't help me since it was a 3rd party and instructed me to call the installer to get a refund. Once again no help there either. So ultimately it costed me and Best Buy $1050 to mount the TV.

Geek squad who mounted tv was very professional and did a great job.

The wall mount TV bracket works great in our bedroom. The installer worked quickly and neatly, and did a wonderful job!

The agents did a great job setting up the the TV and answered all my questions.

The agent called to cancel a few hours before expected delivery. We had waited a month for the delivery date. He promised to come 3dsys later, but got no confirmation. Called BB and was told that agent could not reschedule as he was a third party and wait for system to update same day. Did not update, made several calls as directed. Got passed around, no resolution. Got a case number, told issue was escalated and would receive call next day. Received text to reschedule. Checked BB first available, 3 weeks away. Called and case numberade no difference, told to wait 48 hours for update again. Terrible customer service, just reading corporate dialogue and placating with lies. No accountability. They cancelled appointment and expect us to go back to end of line and wait another month.

It took longer than expected. Helper did not know much about his work. Some cables were installed wrong.

The guys where outstanding and funny. They where here as schedule.

I would use the Geek Squad the next time I need work done. They were good, friendly, on time, clean and did a great job.

The Geek squad came and mounted our tv and soundbar. They did an excellent job and looks and sounds great.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought a $3,000 TV and a $250 wall mount. Scheduled installation (had to wait 3 weeks). Got the confirmation text, e-mail, and a phone call confirming the installation appointment day and a 4 hour delivery window. On the day of arrival, no phone call. 4 hours after they were supposed to arrive I called customer service and they stated the tech was held up on an installation and he would call me in minutes. 2 hours later I called customer service again. This time they stated the tech called off that day. Which is it? Late tech or no tech? Regardless, unacceptable! I returned the entire order the next morning. One simple phone call would have prevented the whole issue.
