    Lied to about what would be included and didn't tellme otherwise until after I had paid and tv was delivered; So they didn't have the right stuff with them and had to come back. Then lied to about having someone available to install on several separate occasions, causing me to miss work for nothing. Once they finally scheduled someone who was actually available, the crew that showed up did a good job and were polite and professional and shared my pain....

    Guys did a great job connecting our reciever and speakers to the tv. As well as mounting it above the fireplace

    The Tech person is knowledgeable but he doesn’t have anything with him. He needs a short power strip, HDMI cable, and a laptop to setup the Logitech remote. Luckily I have HDMI cable and a low grade extension power cable. He told me to add AppleTV myself since he doesn’t have his laptop with him.
