Not Free...Only Deal with Geek Squad not 3rd party

Geek Squad wasn’t available to install so they used their install contractor. The 3rd party technician showed up without help to bring the 98"tv into my house. I ended up helping them bring it upstairs and mounting it to my wall. They also didn't have all the components to install the wall plug and hdmi cables and ended up upcharging me $650 on top of the supposed free installation. Sad part was that he didn’t let me know that I was being charged more until the install was completed. I called Best Buy and they wouldn't help me since it was a 3rd party and instructed me to call the installer to get a refund. Once again no help there either. So ultimately it costed me and Best Buy $1050 to mount the TV.

Great Basic TV Mount
