The techs were prompt and professional. They were courteous and looked after our property. This was a large TV that went in an upstairs room so carrying it up to the room was not easy.

Made it very easy for me i couldnt install that 100 inch tv and also because i purchased the tv this service was free

I love the fact that we got free delivery installation of a 98 inch Samsung TV. The geek squad guys were very professional on time and super fast.

The Geek Squad installers that were sent out were the best that I've ever experienced. They came out and quickly got to work. Since they were installing a 100" TV that weighs over 130 lbs, the first thing they checked was the mounting bracket. It was already attached to the wall, but wasn't 100% secure because the screws that came with the kit were too short and didn't fully reach the stud. They pulled it down and remounted it with their own bolts. After that they hung the TV, cleaned up everything, and were on their way. If this is the typical Geek Squad installation experience, I'll definitely be employing their services again in the near future!

Can you believe that 2 crews came and said they could not install, as they were not told it was a 98” TV. The final crew were brilliant and efficient. Left me fully setup. They were a 3rd party company.
