The sales rep represented that is and his associate were very knowledgeable in Viking and Bosch dishwashers. Reality was much different. Allan insisted that my existing panel would work on this Viking Panel-ready unit. I told him the Viking HQ technician said it would not. He insisted that he viewed a video which showed it would work. It did not. The stainless steel unit was installed without our desired custom panel. I followed up with Allan three times. Two messages went unanswered. Two conversations went without the promised follow-up. I am stuck with the SS unit which was not what I wanted. This associate is a huge disappointment. He is either highly incapable or dishonest.

I have no idea what this is NOR could the telephone rep explain it to me last year! It looks like a credit grab of some sort by Best Buy from the manufacturer as there is NO change in the visual appearance or functionality. Why it is counted as a savings is beyond me! Good luck with this one!

The crew that came to install the dishwasher was very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and took care to make sure they kept the area clean and didn't damage our floors. They installed it better than our previous dishwasher had been Since there is quarantine going on right now they were good to keep their faces covered and did everything they could to keep the work area sanitary.

When we decided to purchase our new GE Monogram Dishwasher, we were concerned about whether our current custom wood panel would fit over the new dishwasher particularly since our old GE Monogram Dishwasher was over 15 years old. The Best Buy installers were able to remove the wood panel from the old dishwasher and replace it with the installation of our new dishwasher. We are happy.

I keep getting different dates for delivery and when things are in stock. I cannot review my refrigerator because I don’t have the handles. I only have the handles for the dishwasher which has not been delivered. The delivery date for the refrigerator handles keeps getting pushed back

Maybe the worst experience I have ever had!! Ordered in January and finally got our fridge at the end of May. We paid for geek to install. They only wanted to come to our house once to install even though everything wasn’t in. Fridge still isn’t flush like it’s suppose to be. Really bad experience. Will never buy from pacific kitchen ever again.

Panel door fell off next day. No contact info for installers. Cannot use.. installers knew panel wasn’t secured when they left. Said they didn’t have right screws or something. Didn’t seen to know what they were doing re door panel.

The crew installed a dishwasher. They were very professional and friendly! The time to install and haul was less than an hour!

They had to take the dishwasher handle off to get the washer and dryer into the laundry. Other than me having to remind them that they needed to do it, it was expertly done.

When buying appliances at BestBuy I highly recommend not buying a built in. There are a lot of handoffs and the whole purchase get out of the store managements control.you get standard appliances probably ok, I do recommend the Alpharetta Store, the new GM is on the ball.

I purchased panel ready dish washer and had custom black walnut panels installed
